The TUAC roundtable on 25 June 2014 – open to OECD country delegations, to BIAC and to the OECD Secretariat staff – was an opportunity to raise the visibility of the two review processes and to share views on their implications for stakeholders’ rights to participate in the corporate governance of private sector companies and of SOEs.
