TUAC Submission on the Review of the Principles of Corporate Governance
Initial comments by the TUAC on the occasion of the launch of the review process 17-19 March. Executive summary available in French, Spanish & Portuguese.

The OECD is to launch a review process of its Principles of Corporate Governance 17-19 March 2014 on the occasion of a session of the OECD Corporate Governance Committee. First drafted in 1999 in the aftermath of the Asian financial crisis, the Principles were revised once in 2003-2004 following the “Enron” scandals.
The TUAC welcomes the opportunity to share comments on the upcoming review process. In the attached submission, the TUAC outlines key trade union priorities in order to raise the ambition of the Principles.
